Fruzsina obtained her BA degree in Psychology in 2010, and completed her MA studies in Cognitive Psychology in 2012, both at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. Starting her doctoral studies at ELTE the same year, she explored how children learn about cultural artifacts in social contexts and conducted research on the social, cognitive mechanisms that enable humans to engage in real-time social interactions. She defended her dissertation on the topic of perspective taking and the social relevance of selective attention in 2017. She is now working as a postdoctoral researcher in the SOMBY Lab, where her current research focus targets how social interactions affect the representations people form about the mutual environment.
